The Fulton Opera House is one of only eight theatres to be named a National Historic Landmark. Located only several blocks from the hotel, it performs a wide assortment of famed theatrical productions and is home to the Lancaster Symphony Orchestra. Lancaster is also home to the Lancaster Barnstormers minor league baseball. Clipper Magazine Stadium is one of the finest minor league stadiums in the country and is used for other events such as outdoor concerts, skating and sledding. Nearby is an Underground Railroad Reenactment which depicts the important history Lancaster played in the search for freedom at “Living The Experience”. But only a short drive from the Hotel Brunswick are many other fascinating attractions within Lancaster County. Take a ride in an authentic railroad car pulled by a steam locomotive at the Strasburg Rail Road. Enjoy live performances in one of the nation’s most prolific venues, Sight and Sound Theatre.
